Our Policies

Shipping Policy

Please allow us 1-2 week to handcraft and ship your order. We will update you with a USPS tracking # upon shipment. Orders over $99 receive free standard shipping via USPS (within the United States).    For US orders below $99, standard Shipping & Handling ($6.50) applies.

* If you would like rush service or require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Return & Exchange

All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving shipment and require our authorization to receive return shipping instructions. Sale items are non-returnable.  All items must be returned in new un-used condition.  To return or exchange an item email us asap including a copy of your receipt and an explanation of what you would like to return/exchange.

Repair Policy

All repairs are subject to shipping charges. To request a repair, email us an explanation of what you would like repaired along with 2 clear photos (1 close up of the issue the other a wide angle that captures the entire piece) so that we can better assist you. In addition too, please include date of purchase and any other pertinent information.  Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will advise you if any charges apply and give you shipping instruction.
