I lost one earring. Can I buy just the one instead of the pair?

Yes, please email us and include a photo of the earring that you do have.

What materials do you use?

Only the finest 14kt gold-filled, sterling silver, semi-precious & precious stones, swarovski crystals, and freshwater pearls.  If you are partial to karat gold feel free to email us a request.

Can I exchange an item I purchased?

Only within 10 days of purchase date. Please visit our policies page for instructions.

Do you have a store location?

We only retail via our website and select events in which we participate during the year.  However, several boutiques carry our collection.  You are welcome to email with your city and we will let you know if a store near you carries us.  If you have a favorite store you like to shop in, feel free to suggest they create a wholesale account with us.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your items to shipped, as we handcraft most pieces upon order placement.  If your gifting your order and need it by a certain date, please email us first.  Thank you.

Do you do custom engraving?

No, but it’s easy to find an engraver to do this inexpensively.

Do you do custom pieces?

No, the only exception to this would be minor customization for an entire Bridal party.

Can I get clip-ons?

Yes, you can order most of our items as clip-ons instead of hooks for an additional. Please email us before placing your order.

Can you repair a piece that broke?

All repairs are subject to shipping charges. To request a repair, email us an explanation of what you would like repaired along with 2 clear photos (1 close up of the issue the other a wide angle that captures the entire piece) so that we can better assist you. In addition too, please include date of purchase and any other pertinent information.  Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will advise you if any charges apply and give you shipping instruction.

How do I clean gold-filled jewelry?

You can use one of those small jars of jewelry cleaner you can purchase from the drug store. You can also use toothpaste & an old toothbrush to scrub it.  No matter the method you choose always rinse the piece thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry before storing it (moisture can tarnish any jewelry).

What is gold-filled?

Gold-Filled jewelry will never flake or wear off, like gold-plated pieces would, and can be treasured just as any heirloom piece. Like karat gold it is a dense layer of gold permanently bonded over a base metal core that makes it tarnish resistant and safe for most people with sensitive skin to wear. We love how rich it looks against colorful gemstones!

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes, all of our items are lead & nickel free.

How should I care for my pieces?

We recommend regular cleaning as oil and dirt transfer from your skin onto the metal and need to be washed off periodically.  Clean your jewelry with a mild soap & water mix and soft cloth.  Rinse with clean water and pat dry.  You may also use jewelry cleaner and a soft toothbrush if necessary.  Always ensure your jewelry is completely dry before storing (making sure to store each piece separately).  The best way to store necklaces is to hang them.

Always remove your jewelry before swimming and bathing as chlorine is known to tarnish gold and sterling silver.  It is also a good idea to remove your jewelry before doing household chores to prevent snags/breaks and it coming in contact with abrasive cleaners.  We also suggest that when getting dressed, you put on your jewelry last to limit its contact with hairspray, perfume/cologne, and cosmetics which are also known to tarnish gold/silver jewelry.
